Along with the suspension, Wiggins lost his take-home car for 15 days, was ordered to take remedial driving training and told to get an eye exam to test for night vision and color blindness.

According to an Internal Affairs report, Wiggins has had counseling and a reprimand for his driving issues, "but none has successfully modified your conduct."
