JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A well-known downtown hotel will be up for sale again next month.
The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront has been in foreclosure for more than two years.
According to Channel 4 news partner The Financial News and Daily Record, a foreclosure sale for the Hyatt Regency is set for Feb. 6.
This is the third time a foreclosure sale has been set. The other two sales were canceled to try to give the owners more time to renegotiate the loan.
The hotel's general manager says the foreclosure case hasn't affected operations at the hotel. He also says that no matter who winds up owning the hotel, it will still be affiliated with Hyatt.
