JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A driver was killed when his box truck rear-ended a tractor-trailer Friday morning, according to Jacksonville police.
Officers were called to the crash at 475 S. Ellis Road on the Westside just after 11 a.m.

Police said 49-year-old Tito Garcia, who was driving the box truck, had a medical emergency behind the wheel and slammed into the parked trailer. He died at the scene.
