Flagler sheriff looking for missing, endangered man

PALM COAST, Fla. – The Flagler County Sheriff's Office asking the public for help finding a 49-year-old
Palm Coast man missing since Saturday.

Luis Gustavo Garcia, was reportedly last seen leaving the Microtel Hotel on Kingswood Drive about noon Saturday. Garcia, a non-English speaking Cuban alien has no known friends or immediate family other than a sister who resides in Palm Coast.

Garcia's reportedly left his sister's home on Thursday after an argument and checked into the Microtel Hotel. The sister attempted to contact her brother by cell phone on Saturday to check on him.  When she was unable to reach him went to the motel, she was told by employees that her brother had paid for an additional night and left the motel, leaving behind his motor scooter, checkbook, cell phone and identification card.

Garcia suffers from several medical conditions but is not currently on any medications.

Garcia is described as a Hispanic, male, 5'5" tall, weighs 150 lbs., thin build, green eyes and white hair. He was last wearing blue jeans, gray shirt and gray Adidas sneakers with red stripes.

Deputies have notified law enforcement authorities throughout the state.
