2 arrested in Jacksonville massage parlor sting

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Two woman were arrested Tuesday during a prostitution investigation conducted by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office at a massage parlor on the city’s Westside.

Junlin Li, 53, is charged with practicing massage without a license and operating a massage parlor as a principle domicile.

Ju Nmn Peng, 47, faces charges of prostitution and unlicensed practices of a health care profession.

Investigators said they went into Luxury Massage on San Juan Avenue and saw Li performing a massage on a client, which she is not licensed to do. Police also said they discovered she was living inside the business.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, another undercover officer paid Peng $70 for a massage, during which police said she tried to perform a sex act.

Peng and Li are each being held on $30,000 bail at the Duval County Jail, jail records show.
