JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Lee High School-Raines High School football game was temporarily delayed Friday evening after a grill was knocked down, Duval County school officials said.
The noise caused a commotion and players on the field were told to get on the ground as a precaution about 9:30 p.m.

Play resumed shortly after and there was no threat to players or people in the stands at Earl S. Kitchings Stadium in Northwest Jacksonville, News4Jax was told.
Duval County spokesperson Laureen Ricks released the following statement to News4Jax:
"Regarding the delay at the Lee/Raines game, early reports indicate a grill was knocked down, and students/fans started running and players were told to get down. At this point, we have not received any information from law enforcement stating anything else occurred. We will continue to gather information, and stay in contact with school officials and school police."
Raines won the game 32-28.
