JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 25-year-old man was found shot to death inside a Hogan's Creek home early Wednesday morning, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
JSO received a call about a shooting at 1:20 a.m. When police entered the home on West 17th Street near Davis Street, they found Rafeal Thompson dead inside.

"We're still trying to determine who actually lives in the house, who owns the house. We're in the process of running those leads down at this point in time," said Sgt. Jay Farhat, of JSO's homicide unit.
Officers are interviewing several people at JSO headquarters, but have not made any arrests or named a person of interest.
