JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A father is accused of driving drunk with his two children in his car on Jacksonville's Northside Wednesday evening, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

Dustin Kato, 31, was arrested on six charges, including two counts of DUI in the company of a minor.

According to the arrest report, Kato was pulled over about 11 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street North after an officer observed him going 66 mph in a 50 mph zone. 

When the officer went up to Kato's vehicle, he saw a half-empty bottle of Fireball whiskey inside and a marijuana pipe on his lap, the report said. 

His 5-year-old and 23-month-old children were also in the back seat and one of the children was not buckled in, police said.

Kato is being held on a $11,500 bond at the Duval County Jail.
