JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 34-year-old Jacksonville man is being sought by police on charges of false verification of ownership to a secondhand dealer and dealing in stolen property.
Michael Powell has outstanding warrants totaling $100,006.

He is described as a white man, 6 feet 1 inch tall and 190 pounds.
