Man, 51, gets 30 years in sexual attack

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 51-year-old Jacksonville man was sentenced Friday afternoon to 30 years in prison for one count of burglary with assault or battery.

Gabriel Wright was also sentenced to 15 years for sexual battery and five years for aggravated stalking. The sentences will run concurrently.

In September 2011, Wright began harassing the 60-year-old victim, who then took out an injunction on him. After the injunction was issued, Wright went to the victim's home and forced his way inside the house.

As the victim tried to get away, Wright grabbed the victim and forced her to have sex with him.
