ALACHUA, Fla. – A Starke man was arrested for grabbing a 14-year-old girl between her legs at the Oaks Mall in Alachua County on Friday morning, according to authorities.
The Sheriff's Office said John Wesley Mosley of Starke was charged with one count of child cruelty without great harm.

Police said Mosley was standing behind the 14-year-old girl in a line at the Hollister at the Oaks Mall when he grabbed her between her legs.
The victim told police she initially thought Mosley had touched her by accident, but she said Mosley continued to grab her until he fell to the ground when the doors opened at midnight, authorities said.
Police arrested Mosley once he was inside the mall. Mosley denied touching the girl, authorities said.
Police said Mosley was being held in the Alachua County Jail on $35,000 bond.
