JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A registered sex offender caught exposing himself to young girls in December was sentenced last month to eight years in prison.
Jacksonville police said they were conducting a special surveillance operation Dec. 12 to capture 32-year-old David Manigault, a lewd exhibition suspect who was reported exposing himself to young children.

Their investigation led to the identification of Manigault as a potential suspect.
The morning of Dec. 12, police captured Manigault in the act of exposing himself to three girls, ages 10, 9, and 6.
He was sentenced Feb. 26.
