PALATKA, Fla. – The Putnam County Sheriff's Office has charged the wife of a 76-year-old man who was stabbed to death on Saturday night with first-degree murder.
Deputies were called to their home on St. Johns Avenue after argument between a Ivory Harris and her husband, Clark Harris Jr., turned violent. Harris was transported to Putnam County Medical Center, where he died.

An autopsy found that the man died of multiple stab wounds not consistent with any justifiable use of force and his death was ruled a homicide.
After detectives conducted additional interviews with Ivory Harris, she was arrested and booked into the Putnam County jail, where she was ordered held without bond.
