Police were called to the restaurant at 3701 Emerson Street about 1:40 a.m. Sunday.

They said the three men who were shot had been involved in an altercation inside Wacko's and were asked to leave by security.

When the men refused, Wacko's security requested the security guard to assist them in escorting the men from the property, police said. After a brief altercation in the parking lot with other patrons of Wacko's, the men drove away from the property in their truck, police said.

Police said that about 30 minutes later, the three men returned to the property in their truck, and the security guard was contacted again by Wacko's security and asked to come back outside. As he went outside into the parking lot, police said, Cisneros-Orozco turned the truck toward Chemay and accelerated in an apparent attempt to run him over.

The security guard told police he was in fear for his life and fired multiple rounds into the truck.
