Police try to ID woman in store theft

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Police in St. Augustine are asking for help in identifying a woman involved in a theft at a store.

Police said two women went into Goldfinch Boutique on San Marco Avenue, and occupied the clerk while the other stole money from a cash box.

Investigators said the thief was a black woman in her teens or 20s and was wearing a white shirt.
