Crowdfunding festival continues through Sunday

One Spark festival in downtown Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – One Spark, the crowdfunding event that has taken over downtown Jacksonville, is in its final days and creators are not going to let a little bit of rain ruin their spirit.

Organizers are prepared for the weather and they have One Spark ponchos that they will be handing out. The founders and the creators are hoping for a big turn out now that the weekend has hit and they are still vying for your vote.

If you have downloaded the One Spark app, all you need to do to vote is check in downtown to validate your registration, then take off to cast votes.

Major investors are roaming the streets looking to find the world's next big thing.

On Saturday, the creator zone is open until 9 p.m. The entertainment district will be open from 8:30 p.m. until 2 a.m.

On Sunday, the last day of the event, the creator zone will be open from 9 a.m. until noon. Voting closes at 11 a.m. The closing ceremony and voting results will be announced at the Hemming Plaza Stage promptly at noon on Sunday.
