JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – On Saturday, March 2, The Riverside Arts Market returns for it's fifth year under the Fuller Warren Bridge. It will feature over 150 artists, vendors and farmers and include an opening ceremony and parade led by the Stanton College Prep Marching Band.
"The market is such a festive atmosphere," says Krysten Bennett, director of the Riverside Arts Market. "We're all about community. So in addition to all of our artists and food artists and vendors and farmer growers we have nonprofits at the market every week that talk about what they do in the community, we have street performers saxophonists and jugglers and tight rope walkers and contortionists. On our river stage, we always have musicians sometimes dancers theater troupes, and so it's just really a festive family friendly atmosphere every week."

Bennett says there are always at least three bands or musicians on the stage during the day, and this year will bring a new yoga series that will be starting at 9 a.m.
The parade and opening ceremony at 10 a.m. kicks off the day, and activities continue until 4 p.m.
The final weekend of Farmers Riverside Arts Market is next Saturday, February 23, although fresh produce and farm products are available throughout the year at the Arts Market.
