PALM COAST, Fla. – The Flagler County Sheriff's Office has issued a Silver Alert for a Palm Coast man who left his home Thursday morning and may be in route to New York.
Lionel Victor Graham Maloney, 79, of Brice Lane, was last seen around 9:30 a.m. Maloney is diabetic and suffers from severe dementia.

Maloney is 5-feet 8-inches tall, weighs 165 pounds and has white hair and a white mustache. He was last seen wearing light blue jeans and a light blue shirt.
He is driving a 2007 four-door, black Lexus SE 350 with Florida license tag number 850-YAE.
