JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Crews renovating a house in the Jacksonville Golf and Country Club community Friday morning found what appeared to be a human skull, according to Jacksonville police.
Police said workers were digging to lay plumbing in the front yard when the found the skull about 10 a.m.

Investigators said they will fully excavate the area now, which could take several days. Police said they will look for other bones or evidence.
The remains will be sent to the Medical Examiner's Office.
