BRADFORD COUNTY, Fla. – A traffic stop for throwing trash onto the roadway led to a mobile meth lab bust and arrest Wednesday, according to the Bradford County Sheriff's Office.
Investigators said a deputy was returning home from in-service training when he saw a vehicle with a cracked windshield throwing trash onto the road.

After the deputy stopped the driver, James Kelley, the 28-year-old gave consent to be searched and was found to be in possession of powdered methamphetamine, deputies said.
The search of the vehicle revealed the chemicals for producing methamphetamine, as well as a container actively producing the illegal and volatile substance, deputies said.
Investigators disposed of the contaminates.
Kelley was arrested and charged with production of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession drug paraphernalia.
