Vehicle windows shot out with BB guns

Deputies seeking info in rash of vandalisms

PALM COAST, Fla. – The Flagler County Sheriff's Office is investigating a rash of vandalisms that occurred in Palm Coast overnight Wednesday, and all of them involved BB guns.

Reports started coming in around 7 a.m. Thursday from residents who reported property damage to their vehicles. The incidents occurred on Barring Place, Fallen Oak Lane, Laramie Lane, Chelsea Court, Butterfield Drive and Prattwood Lane.

Deputies reported vehicle windows had been shot out while the vehicles were parked in the owners' driveways.

In one incident, a commercial maintenance truck parked at the intersection of Laramie Drive and Matanzas Woods Parkway had two windows shot out. Damage estimates varied, according to the reports.
