FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – A 44-year-old drunken woman slugged her 77-year-old stepfather with a full 2-liter bottle of Coke and tried to push him over a porch railing during a dispute last month, according to the state attorney's office.

Dawn Ramagli went into the living room where her stepfather, Forrest Dana Jr., was sitting with his wife and Ramagli's boyfriend, and she was cursing and screaming, investigators said.

They said she walked outside with her boyfriend, and Dana also went outside. Investigators said Ramagli began screaming at him and picked up the 2-liter bottle and hit him in the head with it. Ramagli then spun around and fell down four steps to the ground, hitting her face on one of the stepping stones, investigators said.

They said she went back up to the porch and started spitting in Dana's face and hitting him. Investigators said she tried to knee him in the crotch and tried to push him over the railing.

Ramagli was arrested and booked into the Flagler County Inmate Facility.
