Woman arrested in $1,400 perfume theft

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has arrested a 28-year-old woman it said stole more than $1,400 worth of perfume.

Police said Cassandra Spencer stole the perfume from Ulta Beauty at 4860 Big Island Drive at the St. Johns Town Center last month.

Police said Spencer was seen on camera and later identified.

Spencer is charged with two counts of grand theft, possession of an anti-shoplifting device and petit theft.

Within seven hours, she was released from jail on $85,000 bond.
