CALLAHAN, Fla. – A woman was shot in the leg Sunday morning by a man the Nassau County deputies believe to be her husband. The woman was able drive herself to the hospital, where her injuries were not considered life-threatening.
The Nassau County Sheriff's Office responded to Egger Place to a domestic dispute about 10 a.m.

Nassau Sheriff Tommy Seagraves said the armed suspect had shot himself in the face and was treated for injuries. The sheriff said the man, whose name was not released, was in custody and will face charges.
