JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police are searching for whomever shot at a home multiple times, striking a woman inside.
Jacksonville Sheriff's Office officers were dispatched to East Prospect Street in Northwest Jacksonville shortly before 9 p.m. Wednesday.

Investigators said someone shot into a home multiple times. Two rounds went through the front of the house and hit a woman inside.
She was hit in the right shoulder and taken to UF Health. She is expected to recover.
Police not have any information about a suspect at this time.
