SEATTLE, Wash. -

Men, if you've lost a little pep in your step, experts say there's a reason.

A new study suggests men start walking slower when they're with the woman they love.

Scientists in Seattle asked 22 people to walk around a track alone, with a partner, and then with members of the same and opposite sex.

They found that when they were walking with their significant other, men slowed their pace to match the females'.

Scientists say this bonding moment didn't happen with random partners.
