JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A jury found a 47-year-old man guilty as charged of sexual battery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor after 20 minutes of deliberations Thursday afternoon.
Bennie Massey faces up to 30 years in prison.

In 2013, Massey provided alcohol to the 16-year-old female victim and then sexually abused the teen. The abuse was discovered when the victim reported it to authorities last year.
Massey will be sentenced the week of March 23.
