JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 20-year-old Jacksonville man is is charged with murder in the shooting death of another man found dead in a car Wednesday.
Daren Riley is accused of killing 30-year-old Anthony Bencivenga, who was found dead in his car at 100 Andress Street on the Northside.

Police said the killing was the result of a dispute over drugs.
Bencivenga was found slumped over the wheel of the car off the side of the road after witnesses saw a second man get out and run away.
Police said Bencivenga was shot and killed while seated in the driver's seat of the car.
Investigators said witnesses and video from the scene helped them identify a woman who was with the shooter. And after both were interviewed, Riley was charged.
