When deputies ran into Rodriguez they said he had a concealed weapons permit, an expired security badge from New Jersey and a firearm in the vehicle.

While police were talking to Rodriguez he kept reaching for his gun which alarmed police causing them to search his vehicle more thoroughly.

During their search deputies said they also found marijuana, drug paraphernalia and what officials said was suspicious property.

While deputies were arresting Rodriguez they also came to find out that he didn't have a valid driver's license and the registration on his vehicle was expired.
