JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

A 24-year-old Jacksonville man was convicted this week on five counts of attempted murder and one count of shooting or throwing deadly missiles in a pool hall shooting last year.

In February 2012, Michael Goodson shot at five people inside the Rack Em Up Billiards on University Boulevard. The shooting was the result of an altercation Goodson had with the staff inside the business.

After the argument, Goodson was thrown out of the pool hall. He returned minutes later and shot five rounds inside the business. No one was hurt in the shooting.

Jacksonville police found a cellphone at the crime scene, which eventually led police to Goodson. Police found the gun used in the crime in Goodson's bedroom.

Goodson now faces at least 20 years in prison. He will be sentenced the week of June 3.
