The State Attorney's Office said Anderson was at Mascara Gentlemen's Club in September 2013 when he bumped into another patron inside the club.

Anderson followed the patron to the VIP area, where he began arguing with him and two others. The State Attorney's Office said during the argument, Anderson pulled out a gun and fired one shot, which fatally struck Brandon Green, 21, in the head. Anderson then fled the scene.

Anderson was convicted of the charges in July, the State Attorney's Office said.
