JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The family of an 19-year-old who died Sunday when his car crashed into a utility pole while speeding on Girvin Road is asking for donations.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said Andrew Chlebo driver lost control, left the road and hit a utility pole. Police were attempting to pull him over at the time.
