PALATKA, Fla. – A man was dragged by a vehicle during a dispute Monday morning in Palatka, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said two men got into a fight on Reid Street, and one of the men got his arm stuck in the window of the other's vehicle and was dragged before he fell off.

The vehicle was stopped on U.S. 17, just south of the Clay County line.
Deputies said no one involved was seriously hurt.
