Man had sexual encounter with small puppy, deputies say

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – A St. Johns County man was arrested Tuesday on a charge of sexual activities involving animals.

Deputies said an ex-girlfriend of Billy Joseph-Edward Tyler, 25, reported that he recorded a sexual encounter between himself and his puppy and emailed the recording to her.

The ex-girlfriend found more evidence of the sexual encounter and notified the Sheriff's Office.

Taylor was arrested without incident. He was booked into the County Jail, where he is being held on a $10,000 bond.
