JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Jacksonville man facing several charges stemming from an incident at his neighbor's house last year pleaded guilty Tuesday to four misdemeanor charges.
James Lowery pleaded guilty to trespassing, disorderly intoxication, battery and resisting an officer. A fifth charge of voyeurism was dropped.

Lowery was placed on nine months of probation and ordered to undergo mental health and substance abuse counseling.
A police report at the time of the arrest said a 15-year-old girl told her father a man was looking in the window of their home. The report says when the father went outside, he found a man kneeling against the home and looking in the window.
