JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

A man pushed a 68-year-old woman against the counter while she was paying for her meal at Subway, stole her wallet, then ran away, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

Police are now trying to identify that man described as black, in his late 30s, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 170 pounds, and wearing a white and green striped shirt with grey pants.

Officers were called to the strong-arm robbery at the restaurant in the 2200 block of West Edgewood Avenue about 7:40 p.m. Thursday.

The woman was standing at the counter preparing to pay for her order when the man robbed her.
