JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man in his early 20's is recovering from gunshot wounds at Shands hospital.
JSO says they responded to 3rd Street and Franklin street on the Eastside around 8:30 on Sunday night. The victim says he was shot in his lower body.
Detectives are still investigating. There is no information on the shooter at this time.
