JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

The new Nordstrom at Jacksonville's St. Johns Town Center will include an Ebar coffee shop.

A spokeswoman told the Financial News & Daily Record that the Seattle-based retailer has 79 Ebar shops, which serve hand-crafted drinks, custom-roasted coffee and espresso, sandwiches, pastries and other snacks.

The coffee shop is expected to open Oct. 3, 2014, the same day as Nordstrom. The store will anchor the Phase III wing of the St. Johns Town Center. According to the Daily Record, the Nordstrom development is a $31 million construction project.

The Nordstrom Rack at The Markets at Town Center is scheduled to open in early November.
