Kansas City, Mo. - A Kansas City teenager faces a fine after shooting and killing a deer.
The beloved deer named Ella lived in a cemetery and was said to be comfort to grieving families.
The cemetery trustee said she would come out at funerals.
The 19 year-old shooter said he didn't realize she was tame and planned on using the meat for food. He owes a fine of over 300 dollars.
The city is planning to hold a memorial for Ella.
