Inspectors close 5 restaurants across 3 counties

JACSKVONVILLE, Fla. – Several restaurants in Jacksonville were temporarily shut down in this week's Restaurant Report Card.

The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation conducted the inspections. The restaurants are:

- American Grill at the Jacksonville Landing. They were temporarily shut down for rodent activity.
- Nile Ethiopian Restaurant on Powers Avenue. They were temporarily shut down for roaches.
- Cinos Pizza in St. Augustine. They were temporarily shut down for roaches
- Mezcal Cantina Authentic Mexican Grill in Bartram Oaks. They were temporarily shut down for roaches.
- The Jones B Side in Gainesville. They were also temporarily shut down for roaches.

The problems were fixed by Thursday at all the restaurants and all have reopened.
