Two women were seen on surveillance video running off with more than $700 in clothing. An additional $250 worth of clothes that had been stoles from American Eagle were also found in Peterson's car, as was a small amount of marijuana.

The women were not arrested. The case is being reviewed by the state attorney's office.

Petersen's son Khamoi was shot and killed in January outside the Landing.
