The motorcyclist, 28-year-old Jason McNair of Jacksonville, was not wearing a helmet, according to the Florida Highway Patrol's crash report.  Neither the driver of the Kia -- 29-year-old Matthew Bennett -- or a passenger was injured.

Troopers say McNair did not yield the right-of-way to the Kia.
