A Pennsylvania man faces criminal charges after police said they found him dribbling a basketball along a busy highway.
Officers discovered Marquis Johnson on Sunday with a Pennsylvania license plate sticking out from his shirt and shorts. He smelled of marijuana, the Express-Times of Easton reported.
A key found on him also matched a car several miles away without a license plate.
Police said they found marijuana in the car, which was later traced to a dealership.
Johnson has been charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, abandoning a vehicle and drug possession.
