A Minnesota woman has been charged with drunk driving after police said they pulled her over for swerving and found Jell-O shots in her pockets.
Cathy Sanchez, 28, was spotted driving erratically on a highway in northwestern Minnesota at about 2 a.m. Saturday, The Associated Press reported.
When Glydon police pulled her over, they said she was hard to understand, had bloodshot eyes and smelled of alcohol.
Officers said they found three alcoholic Jell-O shots in her pockets while searching Sanchez.
She had a blood-alcohol level of 0.136, according to police.
Sanchez was charged Monday with two counts of first-degree driving while impaired, a felony, plus one count each of giving a peace officer a false name and driving after cancellation, both misdemeanors, the AP reported.
