1947: Actor Joe Mantegna, best known for movies such as "Three Amigos," "The Godfather Part III," "Forget Paris" and "Up Close & Personal," and for the TV series "Criminal Minds" (pictured) and "Joan of Arcadia," is born in Chicago, Ill. He has also earned Emmy nominations for his roles in three TV miniseries: "The Last Don," "The Rat Pack" and "The Starter Wife."
