One Spark Creators pitch ideas from Pitch Deck

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – One Spark is all about creators and entrepreneurs pitching their product, but for some it's hard to hear from all the creators.

The stage area in Hemming Park is called the Creator Pitch Deck. That's where creators come to pitch their idea to the public.

Each Creator is given five minutes to talk and try to sell their idea to the crowd.

Not only is this a good way for visitors to hear about the different ideas but it's great practice for the creators to get comfortable pitching on stage to a group of people.

Heather Allison is one of the Creators who pitched her idea Saturday night. Her idea is to lease works of art for a few months and then people can swap for something else, that way there home always looks different.

"It's important just to get the word out if you're in a location where a lot of people weren't visiting," said Allison. "You have the opportunity to reach everybody in Hemming Plaza."

The creators will return to the same stage Sunday when the the winners are announced.
