JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – An overturned tractor trailer blocked the on ramp to Interstate 95 from the Martin Luther King Jr. Expressway for close to 2 hours, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Work crews have up-righted the truck and are still cleaning up a large quantity of wood chips that spilled from the vehicle.

As of 6 p.m. Friday traffic was back open and flowing freely.
Police said the truck driver was shaken up, but was not injured.
