Passenger jumps from moving car, now critical

FHP: Driver and passenger were arguing

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A person who apparently jumped out of a moving pickup truck during an argument before dawn Saturday morning is in critical condition at UF Health Jacksonville.

Troopers say 21-year-old Scott Kelley was driving south on Blanding Boulevard and turned left onto Tanglewood in a 2001 Ford F-150 just before 3 a.m.  As the driver made the turn, 21-year-old Bailey Green opened the passenger door and jumped out of the moving vehicle.
