JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in putting an armed criminal behind bars after a robbery at Master's Shoes on Moncrief Road on March 29.
Police say an unknown suspect walked into the store, pulled out a gun, pointed it at an employee's head and demanded money.

Police have released surveillance video and a photo of the suspect and are asking for help in identifying the man.
Anyone who has any information about the identity of the suspect is asked to contact JSO at 904-630-0500 or email them at JSOCrimeTips@jaxsheriff.org.
People with information can also contact Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS and could receive a reward of up to $3,000.
