JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. – Police are investigating a shooting that took place Saturday shortly after 10 p.m. in the 200 block of Sixth Avenue North in Jacksonville Beach.
Officials said the shooting is now being investigated as an attempted murder.

The victim, 29-year-old Wleh Nimely, was last reported to be in critical condition.
